姬塬油田降低注水管网管损技术

摘要 当注水系统管网末端的管损超出一定范围时,不仅会造成管网效率偏低,更严重的是会造成注水井欠注,制约采油井的正常生产。介绍了姬塬油田JS注水站注水管网末端管损偏大的问题,分析了地形条件、注水管径、注水半径、干线水量的分布、管道局部压力损失等对管损的影响,提出了敷设注水复线、更换部分注水管道、注水量二次调配等技术改造措施,并论述了措施实施的效果。实践表明,针对管损影响因素经过了一系列的管网改造后,注水管网管损平均降低了2.8 MPa,姬塬油田平均注水单耗下降为0.6kWh/m^3,注水井配注合格率达到了99%。 When the pressure loss at the end of a water injection pipeline network is out of range, it not only causes low- er pipeline network operation efficiency, but also makes the injection well getting inadequate water amount, leading to abnormal and unstable operation. This paper introduces the too much pressure loss at the end of water injection pipeline network at JS water injection station of Jiyuan Oilfield, analyzes the effects of land- form, water injection pipeline diameter, water injection radium, water volume distribution in trunk pipeline and local pressure loss on the pipeline pressure loss, puts forward the reformation measures such as laying double line, replacing partial water injection pipeline, secondarily dispatching water injection volume, and discusses the measures implementation results. After a series of reformations, the average pressure loss of the water injection pipeline drops 2.8 MPa and the average energy consumption reduces to 0.6 kW· h/m3, the qualified operation rate of water injection reaches 99%.
