摘要
克拉美丽气田采气井口主要采用加热节流、注乙二醇节流和直接节流三种防冻工艺,在气田开发中期产水量增加的情况下,井口防冻工艺出现不适应性现象。为此,在简述克拉美丽气田井场工艺的基础上,分析探讨了井口生产参数的变化规律、水气比对井场工艺的影响、井口温度对防冻工艺的影响;对比研究了井场注醇防冻工艺、井场加热防冻工艺两种改造方案。结果表明:克拉美丽凝析气田开采中期因产水量增加,实际井口温度低于设计值,导致了气田井口工艺不能满足现有的生产要求;与注醇工艺相比,井口加热节流工艺具有适应性强,运行费用低,工艺简单,管理方便等优点,较适合克拉美丽气田的开采。
Kelameili Gas Field adopts mainly three kinds of anti-freezing processes for wellheads including heating throttle process, glycol injection throttle process and direct throttling process. But the wellhead anti-freezing pro- cesses are unaccommodated during the middle period of gas field development when produced water volume increases. The change rule of wellhead production parameters, the effect of water/gas ratio on station pro- cess and the effect of wellhead temperature on anti-freezing process are analyzed, and comparative study on the glycol injection throttle process and the heating throttle process is conducted. It is concluded that the in- creasing produced water and the low wellhead temperature result in wellhead process mismatching, the heating throttle process has the advantages of excellent adaptability, low operating cost, simple process and convenient management, which is more suitable for Kelameili Gas Field production.
