Establishment and Optimization of Rapid Propagation System of Elite Hazelnut Resources

摘要 为了满足市场对优良榛资源苗木的需求,以在沈阳地区综合表现良好的平欧杂种榛(Corylus heterophylla Fisch.×C.avellana L.)达维、辽榛3号和84-69为试验材料,进行榛组培体系筛选。结果表明:用75%酒精处理30s,再用0.1%Hg Cl2消毒8min,茎段的成活率最高,达33.3%;最佳外植体是幼嫩茎段;在DKW、WPM、NRM和MS培养基中,NRM培养基最促进芽萌发,DKW培养基最促进芽苗伸长;适宜的增殖培养基是NRM+1.5mg·L-1 6-BA+0.01mg·L-1 IBA;将芽苗于1.0g·L-1的NAA溶液中浸蘸10s后,扦插于2:1的草炭与河沙基质中,生根率可达70.3%。 In ord er to meet the market demand for elite hazelnut plants, the rapid propagation system of Ping-Ou hybrid resources Dawei, Liaozhen 3 Hao and 84-69, which performed well in Shenyang area, was established and optimized by using a series of treatments. The results showed that: The treatment that stem segments was soaked in 75% alcohol for 30 s and then disinfected 8 min with 0.1% Hg Cl2 could get the highest survival rate 33.3%. The best explants were tender stem segments. In the media of DKW, WPM,NRM and MS,NRM was profitable to promote bud germination and DKW promoted shoot elongation. The proper proliferation medium was NRM+1.5mg·L-16-BA+0.01mg·L-1IBA. The best rooting way for the plantlets was to put them in NAA liquid of 1.0g·L-110 s first and then plant them in the base substrate which composed of turf and river sand in 2:1, the rooting rate can get 70.3%.
