社区宣教对直肠癌结肠造口术后患者自我护理能力的影响

EFFECT OF SELF-CARE ABILITY AMONG PATIENTS WITH COLOSTOMY FOR RECTAL CANCER AFTER HEALTH EDUCATION IN COMMUNITY

目的探讨社区宣教对直肠癌结肠造口术后患者自我护理能力的影响。方法便利抽样法选取2014年2月至2015年2月在沭阳县人民医院普外科治疗的54例直肠癌患者为研究对象。按入院时间先后将其分为对照组和观察组,每组27例。对照组给予传统的电话随访护理模式,观察组在在传统护理模式的基础上由受过培训的社区护士进行督导及健康教育。4个月后随访,从患者的造口护理能力、健康饮食情况、排便是否规律、心理状态四个指标进行评价并比较两组患者的生活质量。结果观察组的生活质量显著优于对照组。结论社区宣教方式可有效提高患者的自我护理能力,从而提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of community health education on self-care ability of patients with rectal cancer after resection of rectal cancer.Methods 54 patients with rectal cancer treated in Shuyang People＇s Hospital from February 2015 to February 2014 were selected as the research object.According to the time of admission,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,27 cases in each group.The control group received the traditional telephone follow-up care model,the observation group in the conventional nursing mode on the basis of the training of community nurses to conduct supervision and health education.After 4 months follow-up,four groups of patients were evaluated and compared with two groups of quality of life of patients with stoma care,healthy diet,regular defecation,and mental status.Results The quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion Community education method can effectively improve the patient＇s self-care ability,so as to improve their quality of life.
