摘要
随着坚强智能电网的建设,需求侧响应(DR)对电网作用越来越关键。考虑需求侧响应主动削减峰值负荷特点,提出量化其对配电网运行的效应评估体系。针对需求侧响应负载数量和灵活性特点,通过修正平稳负荷曲线,构建配电网电压和网损模型,建立服务可靠性指标,得出DR对配电网运行效应评估结果。以区域电网为背景。采用1600电力用户实际调研监测数据,运用Matlab电力系统仿真验证提出模型的有效性。分析结果表明DR和响应设备对配电网运行具有实质性影响,这对DR及其效应研究具有较为普遍的借鉴意义。
With the construction of strong smart grid, demand-side response (DR) is more critical to power grid. This paper puts forward to quantify the effect of demand response on distribution network considering the feature that DR reduces peak load. According to the amount of responsive load and flexibility, the paper adjusts the obtained individual load curve so that the curve of total load becomes smoothing, and builds a model of the voltage and transmission loss in distribution network. Meanwhile, the paper establishes service reliability index to obtain the assessment results of the effect of DR on the distribution network operation. Based on the regional power grid, combined with actual monitoring data from 1 600-power consumer, the paper verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model with Matlab power system simulation package. The results show that DR and response devices have a substantial influence on the distribution network operation.
