摘要
网架重构是电力系统黑启动恢复的一个重要阶段,回溯算法是网架重构中经常使用的一种算法,然而回溯算法存在计算耗时长和盲目寻优等问题。对回溯算法的局限性进行分析,提出一种考虑发电机启动特性和约束条件的避免回溯策略。该策略能够有效减少黑启动恢复时间和程序运算时间,并提高恢复算法的鲁棒性。最后以IEEE-30节点标准系统和某省公司实际系统为例验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。
Power grid reconfiguration is one of the important parts of power system restoration, and backtracking algorithm is widely used in power grid reconfiguration. However, the backtracking algorithm has its defect, such as time-consuming and blind optimizing. The paper analyzes the limitation of the backtracking algorithm, and proposes a new strategy to avoid backtracking considering the start-up characteristics and limitations of generator. It can reduce the time of restoration and the time consumption of calculation. Furthermore, the proposed method can improve the robustness of the calculation of restoration. The IEEE 30-Bus system and a power grid is used to validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
