含抽水蓄能电站电力系统动态环境经济调度

摘要 针对抽水蓄能电站在调度中的环境效益和经济效益问题,建立了含抽水蓄能电站的电力系统动态环境经济调度模型。类比火电机组的最小比耗量功率运行点定义了最小比排量功率运行点,在此基础上分析抽水蓄能机组的运行特性。采用改进粒子群算法对模型进行求解,同时利用动态约束处理方法处理复杂等式约束,避免了利用罚函数法时罚系数的选择问题。通过算例,从最小比耗量和最小比排量功率运行点的角度分析了抽水蓄能机组在不同经济效益和环境效益偏好下的运行情况,低谷抽水高峰发电能够带来环境效益提供理论依据。 In allusion to the environmental and economic benefits of pumped-storage (PS) plant in dispatch, the paper builds the dynamic economic emission dispatch(DEED) model with PS plant. In analogy to the minimum ratio of consumption power operating point (MRCPOP), the paper defines the minimum ratio of emissions power operating point (MREPOP). On the basis of above- mentioned, the paper analyzes the operating characteristics of pumped storage units. The improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) algorithm is used to solve the model. To avoid the selection problem of penalty coefficient, the paper takes advantage of the dynamic constraint equation approach to deal with complex constraints. Through a numerical example, the paper studies the dispatching characteristic of the PS units with different economic and environmental benefit preference, analyzes the connection of dispatching characteristic between the PS with MRCPOP and MREPOP, and provides theoretical basis that pumping in off-peak load and generating in peak load can bring environmental benefits.
