摘要
介绍了一起750 kV主变压器通风控制柜KMS2引线烧损故障。通过分析故障原因,引出现有主变压器通风控制柜温度高的潜在隐患,提出了处理方案并加以实施。有效避免了因柜内温度不合格造成端子排、电缆及二次线过热而引发的绝缘老化及主变压器通风全停引起的保护动作,确保了设备安全可靠运行。
The paper introduces the fault of lead burning of ventilation control cabinet KMS2 for 750 kV main transformer, analyzes the failure cause, finds out the potential risks related to the ventilation control cabinet with high temperature, and proposes the countermeasures to eliminate the faults and guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the equipment, such as the protection maloperation caused by the insulation aging of terminal strips, cables and secondary lines as well as the ventilation failure in the main transformer.
