摘要
为了满足电厂制粉系统等离子点火的需要,以及保证锅炉温升速率的要求,需要降低磨煤机的最小出力,即降低磨煤机的转速。由此对磨煤机主电机采用变频设计,经过在电厂的实践,证明了其可靠性及有效性,磨煤机的最小出力可以进一步降低至15%~20%的负荷,满足了电厂等离子点火的需要,降低了电厂锅炉点火的费用,锅炉点火更安全稳定可靠,具有广泛的推广价值。
In order to meet the demand of plasma ignition for powder milling system of power plant and to guarantee the temperature rise rate in the boiler, the coal grinding mill needs to reduce its minimum output i.e. the rotation speed of the coal grinding mill should be reduced. Hence, the main mill motor introduces the design of frequency conversion. After the practice at the plant, its reliability and validity are demonstrated, the smallest mill output can be further reduced to 15~//00 to 20~//o of the load, This approach does not only satisfy the demand for plasma ignition in the plant, but also reduce the cost for boiler ignition in the power plant. Boiler ignition becomes more safe, stable and reliable possessing a wide range of promotional value.
