社区卫生服务中心上转患者的影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influence Factors of 41 Patients Needed Up- referrals in Community Health Service Centers

目的探讨社区卫生服务中心需上转患者转诊的影响因素。方法采用问卷调查和电话随访的方法对来我社区全科门诊需转诊至上级医院的41名患者进行调查,探讨影响其转诊的原因。结果 41名患者成功转诊比例为75.61%。心血管系统疾病、神经系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病及内分泌系统疾病(分别占21.95%、19.51%、17.07%和17.07%)为需转诊患者的主要健康问题,照顾情况、收入情况、获得健康知识和上级医院就诊时长与社区卫生服务中心患者拒绝上转有关(P<0.05)。结论独居、低收入、健康知识匮乏和到上级医院就诊过于繁琐是影响社区居民转诊至上级医院的主要因素。

OBJECTIVE To explore the influence factors of patients needed up- referrals in community health service centers.METHOD Selected 41 patients who needed up-referrals from general outpatient.Using the method of questionnaire survey and telephone follow-up to the patients to investigate the causes of influence the referrals to higher level hospitals.RESULT The proportion of referral was 75.61%in 41 patients.Cardiovascular system diseases,nervous system diseases,respiratory diseases and endocrine system diseases（19.51%,21.95%,17.07%and 17.07%） were the main health problems of patients who needed to be transferred.Taking care situation,income,access to health knowledge and time to see the doctor have relationship with the the patients refuse to up-referral.CONCLUTION Solitary,low income,lack of health knowledge and afraid of the superior hospital were the main factors influencing the community residents referral to higher level hospitals.
