上海市闵行区某社区民办三级托幼机构卫生保健存在问题与探讨

The General Situations and Problems of the Child Health Care Service of Private Preschools in a Community of Minhang District, Shanghai

目的通过评估上海市闵行区某社区民办三级托幼机构的卫生保健工作现状,探讨现存的问题,并采取相应的措施。方法通过定性和定量研究相结合的方式,全面掌握民办三级托幼机构卫生保健服务能力。结果辖区内民办三级托幼机构卫生保健服务能力较差,测试结果显示,工作人员对相关卫生保健知识的掌握情况令人堪忧,其中以教师组得分最低,依次为营养员组、保育员组,分数最高组为卫生保健老师组,但也未达标;工作人员学历普遍偏低,部分岗位的持证上岗人员不足50%;工作年限在5年及以上的人员不足3%(9/340)。托幼机构负责人认为,目前民办三级托幼机构迫切需要加强对传染病的防控和意外伤害的预防,及建立健全完善的卫生保健制度。结论社区民办托幼园所卫生保健工作明显落后于辖区内公办托幼机构,必须强化政府职能,教育与卫生保健齐抓共管,通过加大对民办园所的管理力度等一系列措施,改善民办三级托幼机构的卫生保健水平,提高民办三级托幼机构儿童的健康水平。

OBJECTIVE To grasp the general situations and problems of the child health care service of private preschools in a community of Minhang District;explore effective ways to solve these problems and improve the quality of the child health care service of these private preschools.METHODS Both qualitative and quantitative research were conducted to grasp the general situations of the child health care service in private preschools.RESULTS It found that the capabilities of child health care of private preschools should be improved.The problems of children health care knowledge grasped,the education background and professional ability and experience,the qualification awarded among the health care providers were serious in these private preschools.The heads of these preschools believed that a series of child health care service standards must be built.CONCLUSION The quality of child health care service must be improved with the help of both educational and health care.A series of management measurement of private kindergartens were enhanceel to improre the health care levels of Tier 3 private kindergartens and the health lerels of children in there.
