广西阳朔县2014年中小学生视力现状调查分析

The Investigation and Analysis of the Guangxi Primary and Middle School Student's Eyesight

目的了解阳朔县中小学生视力现状,为做好学生视力保护和预防近视工作提供科学依据。方法采取分层抽样方法,抽取2014年阳朔县小学、初中和高中10所学校参加体检的各学龄段7 445名学生,对其视力检测结果进行统计分析。结果 7 445名学生中有3 100名学生出现不同程度的视力不良,视力不良检出率为41.64%,其中小学生视力不良检出率为18.66%,初中生视力不良检出率为56.51%,高中生视力不良检出率为73.57%,城镇学生视力不良率高于乡镇学生。结论当前中小学生视力不良检出率随着学龄升高而上升,患病率居高不下,降低中小学生近视率迫在眉睫。今后应加大综合干预措施力度,保护中小学生视力健康。

OBJECTIVE To understand the visual acuity of the primary and middle school students of Yangshuo county,aiming at supporting the scientific evidence of student＇s eyesight protection and prevention.METHODS Take the stratified sampling method,extract 2014 yangshuo county primary schools in 2014,middle school,high school 10 schools to participate in the physical examination of 7 445 students of all ages,the visual acuity test results were analyzed.RESULTS It conclude that in 7 445 students,there were 3100 students appears poor vision in vary degrees,41.64%.Among them,primary students were 18.66%,middle school students is56.51%,high school students were 73.57%,the cities students defective rate is higher than the village students.CONCLUSION The current primary and middle school student s poor vision defective rate adds with the school age,prevalence staying at a high level.It was high time for us reducing the prevalence rate,from now on,it should increase the intensity of intervention,protecting their vision healthy.
