摘要
采用反相悬浮聚合法合成了丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物(P(AA/AMPS))耐盐性高吸水树脂,利用正交试验、单因素分析确定了合成树脂的最佳实验工艺条件,并对树脂的吸水性、保水性、反复吸水性能进行研究。结果表明,树脂在最佳条件下吸水倍率为1753.4g/g;树脂具有良好的耐盐性,吸盐水倍率达到189.64g/g;在一定温度范围内,树脂具有良好的保水性能。
Poly(acry acid-co-2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid) (P (AA/AMPS)) was synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization(ISP). The best reaction condition of the experiment is determined by orthogonal test and single factor analysis. Systematic tests and comparison were taken at water absorption, water retention and repeated water absorption. The results show that P(AA/AMPS) possesses good performence with an absorbency for distilled water of 1753.4g/g and an absorbency for normal saline of 189.64g/g. The polymer has good quality of water retention within a range of temperature.
