摘要
从法律视角评析工程建设标准法律制度与监督的现状,重点阐述工程建设标准公法、私法融合的法学特征,进而提出完善工程建设标准法律制度的建议。
From perspective of law,the paper analyzes the current situation of construction standards and its supervision,focuses on its legal characteristics from perspectives of public law and private law,and puts forward some suggestions for making construction standards legal system more perfect.
