中国铁路产业“走出去”的经验与教训

Research on the Experiences and Lessons of Chinese Railway Industry “Going Out”

我国政府已提出并正在加快实施"一带一路"经济发展战略,中国铁路产业"走出去"是实现"一带一路"发展战略的重要任务和手段之一。本文以沙特麦加轻轨项目和土耳其安伊高铁项目为分析对象,总结中国铁路产业"走出去"建设实施的成功经验和惨痛教训,为国家制定铁路产业"走出去"发展战略提供参考借鉴。

The Chinese government has proposed the foreign economic development strategy of ＂Bell and Road Initiative＂,now the goverment is accelerating the strategy implementation,Chinese railway industry ＂going out＂ is an important task and tool to draw up and realize the strategy of ＂Bell and Road Initiative＂. Based on Mecca lightrailway project in Saudi Arabia and Turkey high-speed railway project,this paper systematically analyzes successful experiences and the painful lessons of China railway industry ＂going out＂. These conclusions may provide reference for the Chinese government drawing up the strategy of railway industry ＂going out＂.
