摘要 在理论分析施工企业项目供应链管理要求的基础上,设计施工项目供应链的管理流程,并提出企业层面和项目层面的管理方法,为施工项目供应链管理模式在我国建筑施工企业的推广应用提供参考。 The paper designs the management procedures of SCM model based on theoretical analysis upon requirements,and provides the management method from the view of enterprise level and project level,offers reference for construction enterprises to promote SCM model in construction projects.
