摘要
以含广谱稻瘟病抗性基因Pi-1和Pi-2的GD-1为供体,常规早稻鄂早18为受体,通过杂交和回交并结合分子检测,将Pi-1和Pi-2基因聚合到鄂早18中,获得9个携带两个抗性基因的纯合改良株系。通过11个典型稻瘟病菌株进行混合接种鉴定,结果表明改良株系的稻瘟病的抗性大都达到中抗到抗的水平。通过对改良株系和对照鄂早18农艺性状考察,导入Pi-1和Pi-2两个基因对其主要农艺经济性状无显著影响。本研究为进一步选育出抗稻瘟病的早稻新品种积累了抗性亲本材料(Pi-1/Pi-2)和分子改良育种的经验。
The GD-1 containing two blast resistance genes Pi-1 and Pi-2 was used as gene donor to be crossed and then backcrossed with gene receptor Ezao 18 and through molecular detection, polymerizing genes Pi-1 and Pi-2 with Ezao 18, 9 homozygous improved strains with Pi-1 and Pi-2 were gathered. Through the mixed inoculation identification by using 11 typical rice blast strains, the results showed that the rice blast resistance of improved strains mostly were from medium resistant to resistant. Comparing the agronomic traits of improved strains and Ezao 18, the main agronomic traits have no significant difference after implanting genes Pi-1 and Pi-2. Through the identification, experiences of Parent material and improved molecular breeding were accumulated for further selecting and breeding new varieties of the early rice resistant to rice blast.
