鄂杂棉30杂种优势形成因素的相关和通径分析

摘要 利用鄂杂棉30构建的F2:3群体进行了相关分析和通径分析,研究了鄂杂棉30五个性状之间的关系。结果表明,产量与单株铃数、衣分、株高的相关系数分别为0.63、0.75、0.28,均达极显著正相关,这表明增加单株铃数、提高衣分、株高是获得较高产量的基础;通径分析表明衣分对皮棉产量有最高的直接效应(通径系数为0.321 4),其次为单株铃数(通径系数为0.010 9),但单铃重与皮棉产量的直接效应为负值。因而,棉花高产育种中应注重植株中等偏高、衣分高、单株铃数多性状的选择,但不应过分强调单铃重,即不应过分强调对大铃的选择。 The F2:3 population of Ezamian 30 was used to analyze the formation of heterosis with correlation and path coeffi- cient analysis. The results showed that,there was very significant positive correlation between lint yield and lint percentage, bolls per plant and plant height, the correlation coefficients were 0.63.0.75,0.28 respectively; lint percentage was the primary effect to the lint yield with the direct path coefficient of 0.321 4,bolls per plant secondly (0.010 9).This study clarified the main direction for yield breeding of cotton and provided reference for raising selective breeding efficiency and realizing high yield of cotton, cotton high yield breeding should pay attention to the medium on the plant high, high lint percentage, boll number per plant traits of choice, but should not be too much emphasis on the choice of the big boll weight.
