摘要 克隆了MBF1基因875 bp的c DNA序列和1 919 bp的基因全序列(登录号:EF 625885)。序列分析表明,猪MBF1基因序列与人、小鼠的相似性分别为89%和88%,氨基酸序列与人和小鼠的相似性分别为99%和97%,猪MBF1基因包含5个外显子和4个内含子,内含子的剪接方式都符合"GT-AG"法则;组织表达谱分析表明MBF1基因在心、肝、脾、肾、子宫中表达量较高,在胃和小肠中低表达。 In this study, 875 bp mRNA sequence and 1 919 bp genomic sequence (EF 625885)of porcine MBF1 gene (multiprotein bridging factor 1) were cloned. A multiple alignment of MBF1 sequences showed that porcine MBF1 sequence had 89% identity with that of human, 88% identity with that of mouse, Amino acid sequence analysis showed that MBF1 had 99% identity with that of human, 97% identity with that of mouse. Sequence analysis revealed that porcine MBF1 gene consists of 5 exons and 4 introns and the locations of splice donor/aceeptor sites in all introns conform to "GT/AG" rule. RT- PCR analysis showed that MBF1 gene was highly expressed in heart, liver, spleen, kidney, uterus, and lowly expressed in stomach and small intestine.
