老年糖尿病患者骨科手术围手术期相关处理

目的研究老年糖尿病患者骨科手术围手术期相关处理问题,总结围手术期间控制血糖及相关处理方法。方法选取64例接受过骨科手术的老年糖尿病患者,回顾性分析患者术前术后的针对性手术方案,监测、观察患者骨科手术治疗期间血糖值,不良反应等。结果骨科手术治疗后,64例患者术后恢复状态良好,仅有3例患者出现不良反应,且术后患者病症和体征明显改善,64例患者入院前空腹血糖为(13.2±1.7)mmol/L,术前经过注射胰岛素治疗之后空腹血糖为(7.8±1.3)mmol/L,术中以及术后继续采用胰岛素注射治疗之后患者空腹血糖为(8.1±1.2)mmol/L。不同骨科疾病患者接受的治疗方法有较大差异。结论围手术期对骨科手术中老年糖尿病患者疾病恢复有很大帮助,不仅能够降低不良反应,还能给予医生与患者充足的处理空间,帮助手术更加顺利的进行。

Objective To study the elderly diabetes patients with orthopaedic surgery perioperative treatment related questions, summarize the perioperative period control blood sugar and related processing methods, effective conclusions. Methods To choose my hospital from 2009 to 2014, 64 cases received orthopaedic surgery in elderly patients with diabetes, adopt perioperative nursing, monitoring, observation during orthopaedic surgery for patients with blood sugar levels, the existence of adverse effects, such as： infection and complications, mood disorders, etc. Results The perioperative nursing, 64 cases of patients with postoperative recovery in good condition, only three people appeared adverse reactions, and postoperative patients with symptoms and signs improved significantly. Conclusion Perioperative nursing of orthopaedic surgery in elderly diabetes disease recovery are of great help, it can not only reduce the adverse reaction, also can give plenty of doctors and patients dealing with space, help the operation more smoothly.
