虹膜炎瞳孔粘连并发白内障超乳手术的临床观察

目的研究虹膜炎瞳孔粘连并发白内障超乳手术的治疗效果。方法选择26例(33眼)虹膜炎瞳孔粘连并发白内障患者为研究对象,患者均接受了超乳手术治疗,观察术前、术后患者瞳孔,视力,并发症及虹膜炎是否复发等指标。随访3个月。结果 26例(33眼)患者视力均有所好转,≥0.3者32眼(96.97%),随访3个月内,仅1例患者因日后护理不当、用药不及时而出现原发眼病,复发率为3.85%。结论超乳手术在虹膜炎瞳孔粘连并发白内障疾病治疗方面存在明显优势,不仅手术安全性高,治疗效果好,术后虹膜炎复发率低,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective Study on inflammation of the iris pupil adhesion concurrent phacoemulsification operation treatment, combined with clinical observation, that observation. Results After operation, 26 cases （33 eyes） with visual acuity improved, more than 0.3 in 32 eyes （96.97%）, followed up for three months, only 1 patients because of improper care, after medication is not timely and the emergence of primary eye diseases, the recurrence rate was 3.85%.Conclusion Phacoemulsification operation there are obvious advantages in the aspects of inflammation of the iris pupil adhesion in complicated cataract disease treatment not only operation, high safety, good treatment effect, low iritis postoperative recurrence rate, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
