以即时性、互动性、多元性为特点的“微时代”深刻地影响着大学生的生活方式、思维方式和行为方式，也给新时期大学生思想引导工作带来挑战，如何在“微时代”善待微民，善纳微言，善用微技，直接影响着大学生思想引导工作的成败，这需要思想政治工作者转变传统理念，主动适应时代趋势，提升自身素质，不断创新工作方式，为大学生思想的健康发展保驾护航。

The micro era has a profound influence on university students＇ life style, way of thinking and behavior with its characteristics of being instant, interactive and multiple. It also brings challenges to ideological guidance for students in the new time. Its success and failure relies on how to treat WeChat users, receive WeChat information and use WeChat technology in a proper way. Therefore, ideological and political workers should change their traditional ideas, actively adapt themselves to the trend of the time, improve their quality, and improve working methods to ensure a healthy ideological development of the students.
