摘要
本文介绍英国语言教学专家Julian Edge新近提出的教师教育者发展的新理论——反省模式。这一模式认为,教师发展沿着从模仿、应用、提炼、反思到行动等五个维度发展,分别体现出有方法性、有技术性、有理论性、有知识性和有实用性等不同特点。在这些发展过程中,反省自始至终存在。本文对反省模式进行了详细的介绍和评论。文章指出,教师教育者是刚刚引起国内学术界关注的话题,却是一个有前途的研究领域,这对国际汉语教学、少数民族汉语教学等学科的教师培养和教师发展具有重要的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces a new theory on professional development of teacher educators proposed by Julian Edge. This theory argues that professional development of teacher educators follows five dimensions, namely copying, applying, theorizing, reflecting and acting, which display the characteristics of being methodological, technical, theoretical, intellectual and pragmatic. Reflexivity arises in all the dimensions of this ongoing development. This paper provides an elaborated introduction and respective comments on the reflexivity model. It concludes that research on teacher educators is a promising topic. Julian Edge' s reflexivity model is of great referential value for the disciplines of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language and Teaching Chinese for Ethnic Minorities in terms of teacher education and development.
