摘要
为了将生活垃圾压缩后转运至垃圾填埋场的竖直式垃圾处理装置的控制与实现,根据竖直式垃圾压缩站的性能要求,进行了垃圾站的压缩和排出工作过程设计。研究了垃圾站的控制工作流程,通过智能识别和剔除大块建筑垃圾,设计了避免过大建筑垃圾损坏设备的程序,给出了基于PLC的具体控制方案与实现方法。实际应用表明,该系统自动化程度高,稳定性好,提高了垃圾的转运效率。
In order to device control and implementation of vertical type garbage disposal garbage compression after transport- ed to the landfill,according to performance requirements of vertical garbage compression station, the garbage station compres- sion and discharge process was studied. By intelligent identification way, Possible damage by big stones to the equipment is avoided by the intelligent damage-avoiding program, The concrete realization method of control scheme based on PLC is given. The actual application shows that,this system has high degree of automation,good stability and improve the efficiency of garbage transport.
