摘要
文中提出一个新的太阳能电池双二极管模型的显式模型。太阳能电池双二极管模型是隐式超越方程,需要利用数值方法对其求解,而数值算法对初值特别敏感,即使给出很好的初值,也往往难以收敛。因此,本文利用泰勒级数展开式将隐式双二极管模型建模成显式解析模型。为了进一步获得不同光强、温度条件下显式解析模型中的电池参数值,本文提出两个新的参数提取模型。最后,选择不同材料的硅太阳能组件验证本文提出模型的有效性。测试结果表明,本文提出的模型在逼近太阳能电池电流-电压(I-V)特性时是准确、有效、可行的。
This paper proposes a new explicit I-V modeling method for the two-diode model of solar cells. The two-diode I-V model of solar cells is an implicit and transcendental equation, which calls for numerical method to obtain an analytical solu- tion. However, these numerical algorithms are sensitive to the initial values and often fail to converge even with good initial guess values. Therefore, the implicit two--diode model is modeled as an explicit analytical model by using Tailor's series ex- pansion in this paper. In order to further obtain the values of cell parameters in the explicit analytical model at different irradi- ance and temperature condition, we propose two new parameter extraction models, named the basic Tailor's series expansion model and the modified Taylor's series expansion model. Finally, different photovoltaic (PV) modules are selected to verify the effectiveness of the method presented in this paper. The tested results show the explicit model proposed in this paper is conve- nient, accurate and feasible to approximate I-V characteristics of solar ceils.
