Science and technology project reporting system is an important material basis for the management of science and technology project management.The scientifc and reasonable system design is related to the smooth flow of scientific and technological projects.This paper promotes the construction of scientific and technological project reporting system based on the humanized design concept, analyzes the necessity and embodiment of applying the theory of human nature design to the scientific and technological projects reporting system, wishing to give science and technology project reporting system designers some reference.
