Hardened and Broad, Origin from Du Fu: Theory of Qianlong Minister Dou Guang-nai's Poetry Style

在康乾诗风开始分疆别垒时,窦光鼐有别诸派,并不偏颇一家,以宗杜诗风立于文苑。而其诗风在康乾时期特别是乾隆朝,受到地域文化与家族文化双重熏染,影响其一生。窦光鼐继承儒家传统的人格精神与诗歌宗尚交融一体,呈现出深沉博赡的诗学风貌与介特中正的人格特征,同时其诗歌又反映出窦光鼐受宠于乾隆帝谨言慎行的人格多面性,其不仅与朝臣互有唱和,与寒门士子也有所交往,在有清文坛确有一席之地。

When the Kangxi and Qianlong poetry began to break another barrier points, Dou Guang-nai had other factions and did not biased one in the literary style except Du Fu. His poetry in Kangxi and Qianlong, particularly in Qianlong, was affected by double infection of regional culture and family culture to his whole life. Dou Guang-nai inherited the spirit and personality of the Confucian tradition, and showed a deep poetics special style and personality. His poems also reflected Dou Guang-nai ＇ s multi-faceted personality, and have a place in the Qing literary world.
