以工科院系为主的外向开放创新组织模式研究

摘要 随着高校创新教育的广泛开展和不断深入,现有大学生创新组织模式很难兼顾大学生创新能力培养和成果转化的双重目标.针对这一困境,在分析现有各类组织模式的特征及高校特点的基础上,提出了以工科院系为主的外向开放创新组织模式.企业在外部将创新知识和技术进行转化,从而实现完整的创新过程,同时用组织结构图和职能分工表分析了这种创新组织模式的可行性. With the rapid development of the innovation education in universities, it is an increasingly hard for the existing innovation pattern to meet the needs of both the cultivation of college students innovative capabilities and the transformation of their achievements, which often come to an premature end in the last few stages. Given this fact, the open & practice-oriented innovation pattern is proposed in this article for engineering colleges, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the existing mode and the status quo of colleges. Innovation can come true by combing the cultivation of college students' innovation abilities with the enterprises putting their innovative achievements into practice. Thus, the whole process of innovation can be completed. Meanwhile, the feasibility of the mode is analyzed by the organizational chart and function distribution table. Hopefully, this pattern can serve as an example for other engineering colleges.
