办好中国的事情,关键在党。90多年来中共高度重视政党文化建设,随着党的政治路线的变化,而不断深化政党文化建设并积累了丰富的政党文化建设经验。政党文化(当作观念形态的文化)是政党建设的具体反映,又给予伟大影响和作用于政党建设。面对治理时代的到来,认真梳理中共政党文化建构的演进与创新对进一步加强和改善党的领导,更好发挥党在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化中的领导核心和总揽全局、协调各方的作用显然具有积极意义。
