摘要
坪北油田薄油层长63具有增产潜力,但储层物性较差,压裂改造是确保产量的主体措施工艺。坪北储层中绿泥石含量较高,应尽量避免酸性液体进入地层,产生酸敏伤害;粘土含量及伊蒙混层含量相对较高,压裂液体系中相应添加剂的优化较为重要。薄油层的压裂应通过射孔参数、施工参数的优化,一定程度上能够控制裂缝形态,确保薄油层段得到较好的改造。但需要获取地层岩心,开展岩石力学试验,以真实的参数指导控缝压裂工艺的实施。增效压裂液具有较低粘度、低伤害的特点,一定程度上能够满足控缝压裂工艺需求,同时能够降低成本,通过完善、优化后具有一定的现场推广应用潜力。
Thin reservoir C63 in Pingbei Oilfield has yield-increasing potential .In light of its poor reservoir physical property ,fracturing transformation is major measure technology to ensure oil production .Due to higher content of chlorite in Pingbei formation ,acid liquid should be avoided for fear that the formation could be damaged from acid susceptivity .It is important to optimize relevant addition agent in fracturing fluid system in response to comparative‐ly higher contents of clay and illite mixed layer .In the process of thin reservoir fracturing ,both perforating parame‐ter and operation parameter should be optimized to control crack patterns to a certain degree .Having lower viscosity and low damage ,Synergistic fracturing fluid can meet the requirement of fissure control fracturing and reduce the cost .
