项目管理中的思想政治工作正面临着环境的差异性、对象的复杂性、管理的多面性、时间的阶段性等方面的挑战,存在着管理者认识不足、思维不新、沟通不畅、素质不高等问题。针对这些问题和挑战,项目管理中的思想政治工作要创新,就必须建立新机制、充实新内容、探索新方式、运用新载体。只有这样,才能全面提升项目管理中的思想政治工作水平,有效促进企业持续稳定发展。

Ideological work in project management is faced with challenges such as diversified environments ,different objects ,multifold management and time-phased and there are problems of poor understanding ,old thinking ,poor communication and poor quality in the managers .Aiming at those challenges and problems ,we must establish new mechanism ,enrich new contents ,explore new ways and apply new carriers in the ideological work to raise the man‐agers＇ability in all respects and promote the enterprise＇s sustainable and stable development .
