碳排放权交易管理策略探析——以江汉油田分公司为例

On Management Strategy for Carbon Emission Permit Trade:with Jianghan Oilfield Company as an Example

江汉油田分公司(以下简称分公司)是中石化下属集勘探、开发、采输、销售为一体的综合性石油、天然气公司,碳排放权交易管理工作亟待加强。分析了分公司当前形势和碳排放交易现状,指出分公司应成立碳排放管理机构、启动联运机制、制定挖潜措施、研究碳排放交易政策等措施来加强碳排放权交易管理。

Jianghan Oilfield Company ,attached to Sinopec ,is a comprehensive petroleum and natural gas company go‐ing in for exploration ,development ,production and transportation and sales .Its carbon emission permit trade man‐agement needs to be strengthened urgently .By analyzing the company＇s current situation of carbon emission permit trade ,the author holds that the company should set up carbon emission management organization ,start combined transport mechanism ,adopt measures for potential exploration and study strategies for carbon emission permit trade to strengthen its management .
