摘要
对胶体磨核心机构转子系统进行设计,并进行力学和有限元分析及优化,在此基础上加工出胶体磨整机,并对其进行了试验及工业考核。分析表明:该设备运转正常,各项数据稳定,胶体磨的剪切能力良好,能达到生产产量要求且成品的剪切效果达到标准。
As a key part of the colloid mill, the rotor system was designed, and the mechanics and finite element analysis and optimization were carried out, based on which a colloid mill was manufactured and tested in industry. The results show that the colloid mill functions normally. The favorable shear capability meets the production requirements.
