锂离子电源系统高精度总电压采集器设计及实现

摘要 针对锂离子电源系统电池组总电压检测易受干扰、采样精度低、高压安全测量的问题,提出了一种基于16位模数转换器和8位微控制器实现的高精度总电压隔离采样方案,深入分析误差产生的原因进而优化设计。测试结果表明,该方案总电压测量精度高、隔离设计安全性好、抗干扰能力强,满足电池组参数监测实际需要,对于保护锂离子电池组可靠运行和乘客人身安全具有重要意义。 Aiming at the problems of the lithium battery total voltage is susceptible to in terference, low sampling precision and high voltage safety measure, a high precision isolated total voltage sampling scheme is proposed, which based on 16 bit analog-to-digital converter and 8 bit microcontroller. The reasons for error are analyzed deeply and the design is optimized. The test results show that, this scheme has advantages of the high measuring accuracy, safety with isolated design, strong anti-interference ability, which satisfy the actual need of battery monitoring, has an important significance in lithium hatterv reliable operation and the safety of passenger.
