减少重要电力用户停电损失的配电网应急研究

Research on Reducing Power Loss of Important Power Users in Power Distribution Network

在经济飞速发展下,企业对电力稳定性和应急抢修的要求越来越高。当出现停电时,企业要求电网能够在最短时间内恢复供电,避免停电损失。文中集合重要电力用户对供电可靠性的要求,依靠停电损失将重要电力用户划分为低损失、中损失、高损失,同时针对不同等级用户提出了不同的应急抢修策略,旨在提升停电应急抢修效率,更好地为重要电力用户提供服务。

Under the rapid development of economy, the demand for electric power stability and emergency repair is higher and higher. When there is a power failure, the enterprise is to require the power grid in the shortest time to restorepower supply, avoiding power loss. In this paper, the requirements of power supply reliability for power users are gathered. According to the power loss, the power users are divided into low loss, medium loss and high loss,meantime aiming at different levels of users and different emergency repair strategy, this paper aims to improve the efficiency of emergency repair of power outages to give the better servicefor important power users.
