摘要
文中以轻型商用车为研究对象,对其对开尾门进行有限元分析。首先以Hypermesh为前处理软件建立了车门的有限元模型,其次以ABAQUS为求解器对各种工况下的车门进行有限元求解,最后以Hyperview为后处理器得出车门在各种工况下的变形、应力等各项参数。通过对车门的模态、刚度和强度进行分析研究,并与已有的目标值进行对比分析,得出结论。
In this paper, taking a light commercial vehicle for the study, its split end door is analyzed through finite element. As the first, a finite element model for car door is created using Hypermesh software. Then followed finite element solution of the door under various working conditions are solved by ABAQUS. Finally, deformation, strain and other parameters under various conditions are obtained through post processor taking as Hyperview. Through the door of analysis of the modal, stiffness and strength, and compared with the existing target values, the analysis is concluded.
