摘要 以某钢厂冷轧薄板精整机组中的切边圆盘剪为研究对象,在分析研究国外引进设备的基本组成及工作原理基础上,深入分析研究了圆盘剪机架开度、剪刃重叠量、剪刃侧向间隙调整机构的设计特点,推导出间隙量调整的数学模型。给出了圆盘剪基本参数的选择和计算方法,提出了刀轴和机架的结构形式及形位公差的设计方法。应用Ansys Workbench软件对刀轴进行优化,分析结果显示,刀轴具有较高的强度及刚度的同时,质量减少26%,对降低设备成本及同类设备的设计与改造具有重要意义。 Taking the trimming disc shear in finishing unit of flat cold-rolled steel sheet as the research object, based on the study of the basic component and working principle for the import equipment, the design features of the circle shear body frame of opening, the overlap and the gap of the cutting edge are analyzed ,meantime the mathematical models for calculation the variation of the blade clearance were derived. The selection and calculation method of the basic parameters are presented. And the structural and the design principles of geometric tolerance of the cutter shaft and the frame are expounded. The optimization design was carried on the cutter shaft by Ansys Workbench. The results shows that the quality of the cutter shaft with enough strength and stiffness decreased by 26% , which has great significance for reducing the equipment cost and designing or reform.
