摘要
文中首先描述了Fluent软件的流体仿真以及选型,确定了摆线转子泵流场仿真的简化湍流模型,并对该模型进行离散化前处理,得到其有限元模型。基于Fluent湍流模型和离散后控制方程求解方法,确定了采用分离控制PISO算法和RNG湍流口k-ε模型对SCR摆线转子泵内部流场进行仿真求解。
This paper first describes the fluid simulation and selection of Fluent software, and determines the simplified turbulence model of the cycloid rotor pump flow field simulation, and obtain its finite element model before the model been discretizated. Based on the solving methods of Fluent turbulence model and discretizated control equations, this paper is sure to use separated control PISO arithmetic and RNG turbulence k-ε model to simulate and calculate the internal flow field in SCR cycloid rotor pump.
