轻型客车行驶跑偏研究与分析

The Research and Analysis of Driving Deviation of Light Bus

针对某轻型客车行驶跑偏,使用交换实验确定车身为跑偏问题根源。由于车身直接影响四轮定位参数,重点分析四轮定位参数对车辆行驶跑偏的影响,同时对轮胎进行分析,确定主销后倾角过小为根本原因。利用Minitab统计分析软件确定主销后倾角与关联变量的关系,调整关联变量以加大主销后倾角,减轻车辆的行驶跑偏。

Aiming at driving deviation of certain light car, using the body through exchange experiments can be sure the root of the deviation problem. Because the body directly affects the four wheels alignment parameters, this paper focuses intensively on vehicle wheel alignment parameters affecting deviation. While analyzing the tires based on general knowledge, the system define that rather small caster angle is the fundamental reason. Using Minitab statistical analysis software to determine the relationship between the caster angle associated and associated variable, then the system increase adjust the associated variable to enlarge the castor angle and reduce the driving deviation of the vehicle.
