LCC高频谐振技术及其在大功率X射线源中的应用分析

摘要 LCC高频谐振电路具有抗负载开路和短路特性,在X射线源的设计上引入该拓扑可以防止剧烈的打火和放电对整个射线源造成不必要的损害。同时LCC高频谐振电路的软开关特性,能够大幅度减小开关损耗。文中主要介绍了LCC高频谐振电路的基本原理,分析其在大功率X射线源中的应用优势。 LCC resonant circuit has anti-load open circuit and short-circuit characteristics. Design of X ray source with this topology can prevent severe sparking and unnecessary damage of discharge for the whole x ray source. The soft switching characteristics of LCC high frequency resonant circuit can greatly reduce the switching loss. This paper mainly introduces the basic principle of LCC high frequency resonant circuit and analyzes its advantage of application in the high power X ray source.
