摘要
基于pro/e建立了中低速磁悬浮转向架三维模型,利用ansys workbench有限元软件对列车的爬坡工况进行了强度和刚度分析。由分析结果可知,转向架的结构能够满足该车在特殊工况下的运行要求,且对空气弹簧槽下方的加强筋还可以进一步改进。文中为后续的结构优化提供了理论基础。
Based on pro / e software, this essay establishes three dimensional model of middle low-speed Maglev bogie &Then this paper uses finite element software ansys workbench to analyze strength and stiffness on climbing conditions of train. From the analysis results, the bogie structure could meet the Maglev trains operational requirements in special conditions. And the strengthening of the air spring groove can be further improved Besides, this essay provides theoretical basis for subsequent structure optimization.
