摘要 文中提出了基于移动网络(3G无线网络)作业技术开发的变电站移动巡检作业的方法,运维主站根据工作需要开出相应的电子操作票或巡检记录表单,巡检人员通过便携式平板电脑安装的移动端软件查看计划工作内容,并根据软件的路径规划至变电站现场进行作业,作业过程中主站可实时进行操作监控、安全监护、远程技术指导等。作业结束后通过移动作业系统将执行完毕的操作票或巡检记录上传。这种移动巡检作业方法能够适应"三集五大"新体制下"大检修"模式创新的要求,为移动式现场数据展示和基于位置的移动作业方式提供支撑,缩短了变电站巡检操作与异常处理响应时间,提高了现场操作的安全性和规范性,加强了管理人员在线安全监督水平,节省了大量人力、车辆、耗材等方面的资源。文章详细阐述了该技术的技术架构、实现方式、通讯技术。 This paper proposes a method of substation mobile inspection operation based on mobile network (3G wireless network). According to work requirements, operation and maintenance master station opens relevant electronic operation ticket inspection record form. The inspection staff check the work plan through mobile terminal software installed in portable tablet PC and take operations in substation site according to the path planning of software. The main substation can monitor the operation process and security and give remote guidance and so on in real time. The completed work ticket and inspection record will be upload by mobile operation system after the operation. This mobile inspection operation method can meet the needs of overhaul mode innovation on the new system of the three sets of five, ind provide support for mobile site data display and the mobile operation mode based on location. It also shortens the response time of the substation inspection operation and the fault handling, improves the safety and standardization of field operation, strengthens the on- line safety supervision level of the managerial staff and saves lots of resources of labor power, vehicle and supplies etc. This paper states technical framework, implementation method, communication technology in detail.
