摘要
中国专利奖是我国专利领域由政府颁发的最高奖项,其评审指标是贯彻落实我国专利事业发展战略的风向标。现行评审指标中缺少对专利权法律特性的评价,有待进一步完善。文章提出了完善我国发明、实用新型专利奖评奖标准的建议稿。
Chinese Patent Awards is the highest government - sponsored award in Intellectual Patent Rights （IPR） field. The a- ward indexes serve as an orientation guide in the implementation of China＇ s IP development strategy. But there lacks an assess- ment of IPR＇ s legal properties in current award indexes, which urgently needs further improvement. The paper puts forward a re- vised version of award indexes for China＇ s development and practical patents.
