理工科高校国防知识产权应用型人才培养初探

国防知识产权是国家知识产权的重要组成部分,高素质的国防知识产权人才是实施国防知识产权战略的人力资源支撑。理工科高校具有培养国防知识产权应用型人才的得天独厚的优势。针对当前该类人才培养存在的观念滞后、欠缺合理培养模式、规模有限、质量不高等问题,在理工科高校,应强化国防知识产权人才培养的意识,形成多元化多层次的国防知识产权应用型人才培养模式,并构建科学的实践教学体系,以适应国防科技工业和武器装备建设对国防知识产权应用型人才的现实需求。

National defense intellectual property is an important part of national intellectual property, and high quality talents in this area is the human resource support to the implementation of national defense intellectual property strategy. Science and engi- neering universities own a unique advantage to cultivate application - oriented talents of national defense intellectual property. Current cultivation problems include backward principles, unscientific training modes, limited training scales, poor training quali- ty, and so on. To tackle these problems, it is necessary to strengthen training awareness, to form a diversified multi - level train- ing mode of application - oriented talents and to construct a scientific internship system. All of these are meant to meet the practi- cal needs of relevant application - oriented talents in national defense industry and weaponry construction.
