摘要
介绍了利用SolidWorks自身强大的参数化建模功能实现零件标准库建立的方法,这种方法避免了利用软件的二次开发的繁琐,而且便于修改、维护和扩展。介绍了利用方程式驱动的原理并利用方程式驱动实现齿轮参数化设计;介绍了编辑零件配置的两种方法;在SolidWorks中利用配置功能与Excel表格建立数据库相结合和方程式驱动尺寸与配置功能相结合的两种方法建立了丝杠库。
This paper introduced the method of using the powerful parametric modeling function software SolidWorks to establish the standard library of parts;This method avoided the use of secondary development of software,and is easy to modify,maintain and extend.This paper introduced the principle of using equation driven and use the equation driven realized the parametric design of gear;introduced two methods of editing the parts configuration;Established the library of screw by two methods of using the configuration function combined with the Excel spreadsheet to establish the database and the combination of equations driven and configuration function in SolidWorks.
