摘要
配套太重青岛钢铁焦化总包项目的四大车由太原重工制造,炉体采用先进技术的7m顶装方式,为实现四大车更安全、精确、稳定的运行,采用了更为先进的电气控制方式及技术。简单介绍了推焦车的电气系统组成、PLC架构、网络配置、通讯方式、操作界面、操作方式等,论述了较为先进的控制方式在推焦车设备上的应用,保证设备安全、稳定的运行,高精度、高水平的控制系统也为故障的判断和处理节约了大量的时间和人力。
Taiyuan Heavy Technology and Qingdao Iron and Steel Coking Project total package is composed with 4main coke oven vehicles are manufactured by Taiyuan Heavy Technology,the oven adopts advanced technology of 7mtop charging,for the realization of the vehicles safer,more precise and more stable running,a more advanced electric control method and technology is adopted.This paper simply introduces the electrical system of Coke Pushing Car,PLC architecture,network configuration,communication mode,operation interface,operation mode,etc.The advanced control mode and control method is applied to the Coke Pushing Car,which ensures the safety and stable operation of the equipment;it also has a lot of time and manpower are saved by high level of control system of the fault judgment and handling.
