摘要
皮带运输是煤矿井下作业的重要环节,皮带运输的效率和能耗直接关系到煤矿企业的经济效益。因此,在煤矿井下的作业过程中应当对皮带运输进行高效地控制,最大程度提升皮带运输的效率,减少能耗。PLC是可编程逻辑控制器,可以通过编制程序对相关操作进行控制。通过PLC可以实现煤矿井下皮带运输的高效控制,探究了皮带运输的结构原理,深入分析了PLC在煤矿井下皮带运输中的应用。
Belt transport is an important link in coal mine underground work,the belt transport efficiency and energy consumption is directly related to the economic benefits of coal mining enterprises.Therefore,in the process of the coal mine work shall be carried out in a belt transport of efficient control,maximum belt transport efficiency,reduce energy consumption.PLC is a programmable logic controller,can be controlled by programming the related operations.By PLC can realize effective control of the coal mine belt transport,explore the structure principle of the belt transport,analyzes the application of PLC in the coal mine belt transport.
