造纸工业污染源对周边土壤细菌群落的影响

Effect of paper mill pollution on bacterial community of its surrounding surface soil

为研究土壤细菌群落特征是否能够反映长期造纸废气对周围土壤环境的影响,围绕造纸污染源对周围五个方向上的土壤进行均匀采样,利用DGGE技术结合主成分分析研究造纸污染周边土壤的细菌群落结构,利用冗余分析研究影响土壤细菌群落的因素,并对所有土壤样品和各个采样方向上的土壤样品进行细菌群落相似性的距离衰减关系研究.结果表明:对研究区域细菌群落具有显著性影响的解释变量为方位角,表明造纸污染为周围土壤细菌群落演变的驱动因素.同时,在季风方向上的土壤样品形成了相似的细菌群落;而在非季风方向上,主要是通过扩散形成污染梯度,表现为细菌群落的距离衰减关系.该结果可为典型季风区域工业污染的微生物评价提供依据.

In order to determine whether the bacterial community structure can reflect the effect of long term paper mill pollution on the soil environment,the paper evaluated the influence of paper mill pollution on the surrounding bacterial community by principal component analysis（ PCA） and redundancy analysis（ RDA）. Result of RDA shows that the major explanatory factor is azimuth. Thus,environmental variables related to paper mill pollution are the driving factors for succession of the surface soil bacterial community in this area.The bacterial communities are with high similarity in the high wind-frequence direction and the bacterial communities show significant distance-decay relationship in the low wind-frequence direction. These findings can help us to evaluate the influence of the point source pollution in typical monsoon region.
