摘要
介绍了我国自主研发的北斗卫星导航定位系统目前的发展情况。结合人防信息化建设需求,设计并实现了基于北斗的人防卫星导航定位系统。系统实现了人防各信息要素单元之间的信息资源共享、人员车辆监控、现场应急指挥的功能,为人防战备值班执勤、训练演练和应急救援行动提供了信息保障。系统设计了多种通信链路融合通讯方式,利用短波通信、3G/4G路由或集群网络传输北斗短报文信息和北斗RNSS定位信息,弥补了北斗短报文通信频率的不足,拓展了北斗系统在人防行业中的应用场景。
This article introduces the current development situation of the BD Compass Navigation Systems,which is researched by our country independently.Combined with the needs of the civil air-defense information construction,this article designs and implements the BD Compass Navigation Systems based on BD,which achieve information resource share between each unit information elements of air- defense,supervision of human and vehicle,as well as emergency command in the spot,in order to provide information assurance for Combat readiness on duty, training exercises and emergency rescue of civil air-defense.Taking advantage of short-wave communication,3G/ 4G network or trunking communication transmitting BD short message information and RNSS positioning date,this system designs converged communications method to remedy frequency of BD short message communication,and expand application context of BD system in civil air-defense.
