几个辣椒雄性不育材料的性状调查

Investigation on Characters of Male Sterile Peppers

2015年5~7月对7个辣椒不育材料田间花粉量、花药大小、自然坐果率和单果种子数等性状进行调查。调查结果表明,7个不育材料的花药明显变短变细,且呈现先变大后变小的趋势,在5月15日左右达到最大值;除了材料2A有极少花粉、可以自然坐果,且有很少的种子,其余6个材料均没有花粉、自然坐果果实和种子。

In May to July of 2015,we investigated the characters of pollen quantity,anther size,natural fruit-setting rate and seed number of a single fruit of seven male sterile peppers in the field.The results showed that,anthers of the seven materials became shorter and thinner than normal,and reached the maximum size around May 15 th,but then became smaller after the change.Material 2A had little pollen and few seeds,at the same time set fruit naturally,while the other six materials had no pollen and could not set fruit naturally.
